The Lagniappe Club™ is a club that rewards customers of the Al Copeland Family of Restaurants.

• Visit a participating location in the Al Copeland Family of Restaurants and tell your server that you would like to join the Lagniappe Club™
• Visit CopelandsToGo.com or CopelandsCheesecakeBistro.com and sign up to be a Lagniappe Club™ member when placing an order online
• Download our App “Copeland’s Lagniappe Club” and register for an account.
• Visit CopelandsLagniappeClub.com to sign up for an account.

Once you join the club and register your card online at www.copelandslagniappeclub.com, you will earn one point for every dollar you spend (excluding tax, tip and gift card purchases). Points automatically convert to valuable rewards:

It is free to join the Lagniappe Club and start earning rewards for your purchases.

If you received a physical card register online at www.copelandslagniappeclub.com and then dine-in or order online at any of our locations to start earning points.

Any person 18 years of age or older.
However, employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not) of Copeland’s of New Orleans, LLC, Copeland’s Cheesecake Bistro, LLC, each of their respective parent and subsidiary companies, and any others, including employees of any participating restaurant, engaged in the development, production and execution of this program, are not eligible to participate.

Visit any participating location in the Al Copeland Family of Restaurants and present your Lagniappe Club™ membership card to your server, place an order online using your Lagniappe Club™ login information or check-in on the Lagniappe Club™ app when you dine-in . You will earn one point for every dollar you spend (excluding tax, tip and gift card purchases).

You may redeem rewards at any participating location in the Al Copeland Family of Restaurants or on our website using your Lagniappe Club™ login information.

A $10 reward for their birthday. Members must visit any participating location twice within twelve months prior to their birthday to receive this reward. If a member visits three times within the twelve months prior to their birthday, the member will receive a $20 birthday reward If a member visits six times within the twelve months prior to their birthday, the member will receive $30 birthday reward. If a member visits ten or more times within the twelve months prior to their birthday, the member will receive $40 birthday reward. The birthday reward will be loaded on the member’s card on the Monday during the member’s birthday week. The birthday reward is valid for 30 days. After the 30 days the reward expires.

Visit any participating location in the Al Copeland Family of Restaurants and tell your server you would like to use your birthday reward or order online using your Lagniappe Club™ login information.

Visit www.copelandslagniappeclub.com and login or on the Lagniappe Club™ app. You can view points and rewards on your card as well as your visit history.

Only the registered club member may use the card to redeem rewards.

Only the registered club member may use the card to earn points, and only one club member can earn points from paying the bill. However, if you pay the bill for others in your party, you earn points on the total amount you spend (excluding tax, tip and gift card purchase).

No. Points from multiple membership accounts may not be combined.

The Lagniappe Club™ is intended for individual personal use only.  Spouses or family members may not share a membership.  However, when multiple members of a family dine together at a participating location in the Al Copeland Family of Restaurants and if one person pays the entire bill, that person (provided he/she is an active member) will earn points for the entire amount spent (excluding tax, tip and gift card purchases).

All points will be forfeited if a Lagniappe Club™ account has no purchase activity for 6 months.

No. You can earn points from ordering pickup or delivery direct at CopelandsToGo.com or CheesecakeBistroToGo.com

No. For all future purchases, please be sure to check-in on our app or give your server your lagniappe card to get credit for every visit.

While in the restaurant, you may ask a server or manager to lookup your Lagniappe account with your registered phone number or check-in code from the “Copeland’s Lagniappe Club” app. You may also request point credit by submitting an original receipt and your Lagniappe Club™ member number to the Lagniappe Club™ headquarters.
